Jaguar vs adding to kingdom (Matthew 6:19-24)

If my treasure is in heaven, why do I strive so hard to build mine here? Why do I put so much effort into what I can accumulate here and so little into what I will be acknowledged for there? If I truly believe my treasure is in heaven why do my actions speak otherwise?

Is my focus on the Jaguar I can acquire here, or on adding another person to Gods kingdom? If I truly believe that those who have not accepted Jesus as their personal saviour will not go to heaven, then what am I doing about it?

Am I being a good steward of the talents, abilities and possessions given to me? Have I given them all back to him such that he can use them to further his kingdom?

Matthew 6:19-24
New International Version (NIV)
Treasures in Heaven
19 “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. 20 But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. 21 For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.
22 “The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy,[a] your whole body will be full of light. 23 But if your eyes are unhealthy,[b] your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!
24 “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.
